handwritten note free check baggage hold spacious window
the staff provided a handwritten birthday note to me. early check in was free since my room was available. the hotel stored my bags after i checked out at no extra cost. the room had a spacious bay window and a clean environment.
i had some difficulty figuring out how to use the hair dryer in the room

convenient tram great view leaky shower night noise
the tram stop was just outside the hotel. it was very convenient for getting around. the room had a large window facing the square. it gave a great view of the city life.
the shower leaked a bit. the floor got wet after each use. there were nightclubs next to the hotel. the noise at night was quite loud.

the hotel's location is perfect. amenities are right outside the hotel. we arrived early and they gave us a room as soon as one was ready. i travel a lot and i know hotels sometimes want you to pay extra for early check-in, this hotel was super helpful!
the hotel was noisy. sleeping was uncomfortable because of this. the male staff at the reception seemed slightly annoyed.

the hotel has umbrellas available for rent at 3 euros for 48 hours. taxis are available and the drivers come into the hall to assist with luggage. this service made transportation very easy.

central location tram stop complimentary sweets spacious room
the location is central, with a tram stop right outside, made getting around simple. reception offered complimentary sweets and flavored water (a sweet touch!). the room was spacious and well equipped. i found plenty of dining options close by.
my room faced a lively area, and the soundproofing wasn't perfect, so some street noise was audible during the night (though, i brought earplugs).

the location was very convenient. the tram stops were right outside the hotel entrance. i received a drink voucher for not requesting daily housekeeping (a nice touch).
the beds were not comfortable. i found the room to be small for a beautiful room. i also noted a lack of information available in the room.
